Project 01 - New School Establishment - Qatar

From licence to open doors: establishing Rawdat Al Hamama School

THE BRIEF
A new school to be brought into being from the ground up, licensed, staffed, equipped and ready to open to the standard families expect from its very first day.

THE PLAN
ACES led the establishment end to end. We secured the licensing and regulatory approvals, designed the operating and curriculum models, recruited and inducted the leadership and teaching teams, and put in place the systems, policies and safeguarding foundations a new school depends on. We carried the school from concept and licensing, through pre-operational mobilisation, to a confident opening.

THE OUTCOME
Rawdat Al Hamama School opened fully licensed and operationally ready, with the leadership, curriculum and systems in place to deliver from day one.

A university with a clear place in Qatar's future. It needed a portfolio of programmes that would keep pace with employers' needs and the nation's ambitions, a campus to match those ambitions, and a recognised route for students from their first qualification to the highest levels of study.
